Miami-based HR and recruitment professionals
to help us expand our impact. This is a
remote, project-based contract role
focused on lead management and talent engagement—without cold calls or chasing clients.
You’ll work within a proven system, with full training and support provided.

Managing inbound applicant inquiries and conducting initial outreach Sharing information about our personal development programs Guiding potential candidates through our application process Collaborating with a supportive global team while working independently Creating a career path that aligns with your values and lifestyle
