Compensation & Growth
– Training Rate: $16/hr + tips
– Barista / Front of House: $18/hr + tips
– Lead FOH / Expeditor: $20–$22/hr + tips
(Lead roles include additional responsibilities like service coordination, team support, and inventory oversight.)
What You’ll Do
– Greet and engage guests with warmth and attentiveness
– Prepare espresso drinks and serve pastries and food
– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
– Assist with setup, service, and breakdown
– Support special events, catering pick-ups, and workshops

Schedule
Jezabel’s is open Tuesday through Saturday , with shifts typically between 7am–6pm . Occasional evening hours are needed for cooking classes and events. Sundays are reserved for private and special occasions.
