We’re hiring a Head of Commercial Growth to build and lead our sales efforts. With best-in-class forecasts and detailed products, we need you to rapidly scale sales of current offerings and future innovations. We seek a sales generalist who can help realize our vision. Responsibilities
Grow revenue across all commercial verticals, including energy, logistics, agriculture, and insurance. Build relationships, engage customers, and close deals. Identify and develop new verticals, establishing repeatable processes within each. Develop and refine our sales playbook with creative strategies. Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with AI, Meteorology, and Product teams to shape offerings. Work closely with the product team to enhance our solutions. Manage customer relationships diligently to maximize opportunities. Sell with vision, emphasizing the transformative potential of our weather forecasting technology. Scale revenue by 10x+, driving both short-term growth and long-term vision. Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience from 0 to 1 in establishing sales processes, progressing from exploration to maturity. Experience selling complex B2B products. A quick learner and adaptable generalist. Strong drive to close deals, build relationships, and create impact. Scrappy and resourceful attitude. Product-minded, partnering with technical teams to shape market solutions. Comfort with complexity and new markets. Bonus: experience in weather, energy, logistics, agriculture, or insurance. Benefits
