Job Purpose
The Director of Business Development will lead Universal Parking’s growth initiatives in the Atlanta market by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, creating tailored proposals, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to design and deliver customized parking management solutions that meet client needs and align with Universal Parking’s service standards.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Atlanta market Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including managed parking programs and potential takeovers from other operators or in-house teams Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and decision-makers across key industries Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients Collaborate with the VP of Business Development and internal teams to ensure proposals and solutions meet client and company objectives Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities Represent Universal Parking at networking events, conferences, and industry functions to strengthen market presence
Working Conditions
This position combines office-based work with regular travel to meet with prospective clients and attend events within the Atlanta market.
