We are looking for a

tech-savvy, organized, and proactive Insurance Operations Assistant

to join our fast-paced insurance agency. This is a

full-time, in-office position

combining clerical support, accounting processes, policy handling, and team coordination - supporting mostly our

independent commercial

insurance clients. If you enjoy solving problems, improving workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you. *No license required

to start. Well provide training - and for the right person, we'll cover licensing and help you grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, track payments, enter commissions, and manage AP/AR Enter and update CRM data (Momentum) for all client policies and activities Review submissions from CSRs and Sales Team for completion and accuracy Send/receive documents and reports from carriers, clients, and underwriters Support basic administrative and operational office tasks Monitor task queues and maintain system workflows Assist with automation projects, marketing tasks, and office organization
