$85-90/hour Duration : Approx. 8 months Our client, a leading entertainment company, is searching for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to support administrative hiring across its content and creative divisions. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for administrative support roles, including executive assistants, content assistants, and administrative coordinators within the content or creative business units Develop and implement recruitment strategies with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion Build and maintain deep engagement with niche candidate pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to proactively develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines Maintain active relationships within targeted talent communities to support immediate and long-term talent needs Stay informed on industry trends and talent market dynamics; provide insights and guidance to hiring managers based on market data and organizational goals Independently drive and manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including partnering with research support as needed Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the broader organizational objectives to effectively communicate company goals, structure, and values to candidates Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, preferably with senior-level hiring managers and stakeholders in the content, entertainment, or media sectors Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment with a focus on process efficiency and time-to-fill optimization Experience supporting content, media, or creative business functions Demonstrated success recruiting for administrative and support-level roles in fast-paced environments Background in recruiting, sourcing, or HR required Skilled in stakeholder management, candidate experience, offer construction, and closing processes Preferred Qualifications Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams Strong business acumen paired with consultative skills to guide and influence hiring partners Flexible and adaptive, with a hands-on approach to both tactical and strategic recruiting tasks Deep intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand business priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly About Us: Career Group is a premier, Women-Owned recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
