Lead and oversee all phases of commercial interior construction projects (pre-con, construction, closeout). Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct site walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and ensure quality assurance. Report project status regularly to senior leadership and clients. 7+ years of experience in NYC commercial interiors construction. Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M-$20M. Strong knowledge of local subcontractor market and DOB regulations. Skilled in reading drawings/specs and working with architects and consultants. Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
