About Our Client

Job Description
Oversee all aspects of shell construction for high-rise multifamily projects, including foundations, vertical structure, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and sitework. Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and engineers to ensure timely and quality execution of structural scopes. Review and interpret project drawings, shop drawings, and structural details to drive field productivity and resolve issues. Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with building codes and regulations. Develop and manage construction schedules related to the shell scope. Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior project leadership. Collaborate closely with the Superintendent, Project Executive, and third-party consultants. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience managing the shell on high-rise multifamily or commercial projects. Strong technical understanding of structural systems, concrete, rebar, post-tensioning, and waterproofing. Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance, schedules, and budgets related to structural phases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Local market experience in South Florida and familiarity with regional subcontractors and construction practices is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus but not required. What's on Offer
