3 shifts per week 8:00am-5:00pm
2 shifts per week 11:00am-8:00pm
2 Saturday shifts required per month 8:00am-12:00pm (Mandatory Overtime)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent specializing in Customer Service, account Management and Collections. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on both current and past due accounts. You will be providing account updates, taking payments and maintaining compliance standard.
Qualifications At least 1 year in high call volume call center or Customer Service retail experience Completed Bachelors Degree Professional verbal and written communication Attention to detail Ability to connect and build repour over the phone Able to navigate technical issues independently Previous auto dialer experience is a PLUS
