RemX is seeking Customer Account Call Center reps for an onsite position. You will be responsible for handling high-volume calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality of customer service. This role is well-suited for individuals seeking an entry-level position in a customer service-based field, specifically related to customer service, collections, and automotive finance.

Pay Rate - $21-$21.50

Monday through Thursday : Two shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The specific shift pattern will vary.

Availability to work both 8-5 and 11-8 is required.

Friday : The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 2-3 Saturdays per month : Overtime is required during these Saturdays, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Flexibility is essential : The schedule may change based on business needs. Job Duties

Make outbound calls to/received inbound calls from customers with accounts that are 5-29 days past due. Assist customers in bringing their accounts current. Handle approximately 200+ phone calls daily. This position involves phone-based communication. Candidates must be comfortable working at a desk and talking on the phones for 8-hour shifts, with potential overtime. Identify the root cause of customer delinquency. Use negotiation skills and educate customers to generate effective solutions Actively contribute to achieving center objectives related to delinquency management. Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude throughout interactions with customers. Skill Set

Excellent verbal communication skills (easy to understand) Able to multi-task (ability to talk and type simultaneously is a must) Customer service oriented, self-starters, and eager to learn Bilingual (Spanish) a plus College Degree (4 Year) is Required.
