We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, support safety and quality goals, and ensure timely repairs during your shift. 3rd shift (Will train on 1st shift) Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, support safety and quality goals, and ensure timely repairs during your shift. This is a hands-on, critical role on the front lines of our manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment Execute welding tasks (stick and MIG) as needed Ensure compliance with plant safety, sanitation, and quality standards Communicate clearly with supervisors, leads, and machine operators Support continuous improvement and technical troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work environment Other duties as assigned Requirements Required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, twisting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with flexibility for overtime or shift changes Strong mental and visual focus to safely perform complex tasks Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Prior industrial maintenance experience Welding proficiency (stick/MIG) Work Environment Manufacturing floor setting Involves physical labor and exposure to a range of ambient conditions Equal Opportunity Employer IND1
