Commercialization Project Manager

At Clemens Food Group, we call this position the Commercialization Project Manager internally, and it's a critical link between innovation and execution. You'll be the conductor of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our product innovations are delivered on time, on spec, and on point. The Impact You'll Make You'll quarterback the launch process across Retail, Foodservice, and B2B channels. That means building and managing project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring launch readinessdown to the last label and line item. What You'll Do Lead and track product launch timelines using Monday.com and MS Project Facilitate kickoff and pre-launch meetings; align deliverables across R&D, Operations, Sales, and QA Support packaging and labeling through review and coordination with Regulatory and Marketing Communicate proactively with stakeholdersincluding SLTon updates, risks, and solutions Troubleshoot issues during first production runs; be hands-on with on-site support Handle active projects, ranging from line extensions to new concepts Continuously improve processes, tools, and launch playbooks What Makes This Role Exciting?
