Job Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Support the negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
