Job Description
Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Oversee quality control to ensure work meets company and client standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment. Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other key stakeholders. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on track. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
