Bilingual HR Coordinator
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful HR Coordinator to support recruitment and HR-related administrative functions. This role works closely with the Recruiting Lead to manage the hiring process from job posting through onboarding, while also tracking metrics, and creating a smooth candidate experience. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity. Partner with department managers to create and refine job descriptions and hiring requirements. Assist in screening and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling, documentation, and communications. Prepare and post job ads on approved platforms. Support interviews by drafting materials, coordinating logistics, and joining as needed. Present offer letters after approval from the HR Manager or VP of Human Resources. Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring logs, and onboarding progress. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Ensure all activities support ISO 9001 standards as applicable. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned. 1 year of experience in a similar role is required to qualify. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and TEAMS. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Confident interpersonal skills with sound judgment and professionalism. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
