Regional Brand Specialist
The Regional Brand Specialist is a dynamic, travel-based marketing role designed to strengthen visibility, engagement, and brand consistency across Hawthorne's core markets, new developments, and third-party communities. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, focused on bringing the Hawthorne Experience to life through impactful content, local partnerships, events, and brand-driven resident touchpoints. While occasional guidance or support may be offered to on-site teams, the primary focus is on independently activating strategic deliverables that drive local and regional awareness. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Content Creation Capture and produce social media content that reflects each property's lifestyle, brand identity, and leasing story Contribute to blog and corporate storytelling initiatives as needed Support visual content needs that elevate brand presence across platforms Local Outreach & Partnerships Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to increase community engagement Identify and execute strategic co-branded partnerships that align with Hawthorne's goals and values Event Activation Collaborate with regional teams to lead and/or support key events and sponsorship opportunities Amplify Hawthorne's presence through thoughtful planning, activation, and content capture Resident Experience Support Assist with branded initiatives such as move-in gifts, celebration kits, and on-site activations Help create meaningful, high-touch experiences that foster connection and resident satisfaction PR & Brand Presence Support earned and paid media opportunities that raise awareness in Hawthorne-dense markets Strengthen local visibility through outreach, press coverage, and community alignment Education, Experience and Qualifications 3+ years' experience in customer service or related fields 1 year experience in apartment management or multi-family industry is highly preferred Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation Strong written and visual communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regularly Comfort working autonomously and cross-functionally Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling Personal Attributes: Leader: Inspires and influences others through example and initiative Innovative: Brings fresh ideas and forward-thinking solutions Enthusiastic: Brings energy and curiosity to the role Entrepreneurial Spirit: Driven by the opportunity to build and grow new initiatives Desire to Make an Impact: Motivated by contributing meaningfully to team and organizational success Supervisory Responsibilities:

8:30am/9:00am to 5:30pm/6:00pm in office Monday through Friday at locations directed by the supervisor. Schedule may vary. Extended hours and occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet business needs or events. Travel:
Up to 75% travel. Weekly overnight and day trips to varying locations as directed by supervisor. Confidentiality:

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with HRP's Senior Leadership team, Community Managers, Regional Managers, Corporate Team members, onsite team members and outside vendors. Pre-Employment:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel required. Physical Demands: Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include but are not limited to: ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, vendors and service providers. Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and crouch.
