As a ReelShort Screenwriter, you will be responsible for reading web novels and adapting them into compelling screenplays. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in writing and a deep knowledge and interest in romance novels or TV shows. You will need to bring order to chaos, find the right connections, and solve problems creatively. Additionally, you will provide feedback to peers and participate in script workshops. Anyone seeking a mid-level position with at least 5 years of writing background and a strong interest in story writing (preferably in romance/drama) would be ideal for this role.
