Marketing Automation Strategist

Group Management Services (GMS) is looking for an ambitious self starter within the expanding IT division to be our newest Marketing Automation Strategist. What are some expectations for this role? Build and manage email campaigns, nurture streams, and engagement programs using Pardot, with a focus on accelerating time-to-campaign and improving engagement metrics. Collaborate with sales to align campaign strategy with lead follow-up workflows, enabling personalized and timely outreach through shared dashboards and engagement history. Analyze campaigns performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations that improve conversion rates and user engagement. Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations. Regularly audit and optimize the marketing automation infrastructure, including Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, and form handlers. Implement and refine lead scoring and grading modules to improve MQL quality and streamline handoff to sales. Build and maintain campaign attribution dashboards using Salesforce to track ROI and engagement across channels. Develop and execute segmentation strategies for targeted outreach, leveraging dynamic content and behavioral data. Help educate sales reps on Pardot, lead intelligence dashboards and engagement history to support contextual follow-up and improve platform adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across internal Salesforce CRM, External Salesforce Agencies, Sales, and other GMS business units as needed. Mentor other marketers to improve campaign performance and platform utilization. Perform all other duties as assigned. What are the qualifications for this role? Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communication or related field 2-4 years related experienced required Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted Valid driver's license required; the occasional travel is required with minimum overnight stays when necessary Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist preferred Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant preferred What's in it for you?
