What You Will Do: In this role, you'll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items. Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Basic Functions and Job Tasks: Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items. Assist guests whenever possible by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information they request. You may be asked to help in the laundry/clean public spaces when necessary. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service while quickly and efficiently responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests. Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Working Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position. General Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies. Requires the ability to work without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service. Mental and Physical Requirements: Education: Requires knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to the completion of 2 years of high school. Experience: Previous cleaning experience is useful but not necessary. Essential Functions: Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the entire work shift. Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities. Requires the ability to lift 25
