Leveraging cutting-edge equipment and a rigorous approach to process control, they've built a reputation for precision, reliability, and innovation in mission-critical environments.Job DescriptionInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to determine quality requirementsPerform inspections (random, in-process, and final) using sampling plans to assess part conformanceSet up, program, and operate DCC CMM equipment; maintain gage calibration and certification recordsDocument inspection results, analyze test data, and report deviations from quality standardsSign off on First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs)Support and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with company and customer requirementsRecommend process or quality standard adjustments to optimize product qualityAct as the primary liaison between quality and production teams to address non-conformancesLead or participate in MRB reviews and quality improvement initiativesMaintain organized quality control area and inspection documentationCommunicate quality issues clearly in both verbal and written form during meetings and auditsSupport internal audits and compliance efforts as neededOnsite at our Dover, NHMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
