The University Registrar's Office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support key administrative functions. This position involves working with both digital and physical records, helping ensure the accuracy and organization of student data. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of transcript scanning, room reservation review, and document filing. Scan and digitize paper transcripts into the student records system Validate student data for accuracy and consistency Review and process reservation requests submitted through 25Live File and organize physical and electronic documents in appropriate systems Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student information Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments with limited supervision Demonstrated strong work ethic and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning and data entry Required Application Documents
