We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Data Center Officer. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and discreet, with excellent communication and time management skills. This position is based onsite in Denver, with occasional travel outside of Denver. Essential Functions: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling personal and business appointments, meetings, conferences, and resolving scheduling conflicts. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for executive and designated team members, including preparing detailed itineraries and handling last-minute changes. Prepare meeting materials, gather documents, arrange logistics, and take detailed meeting minutes. Track meeting progress, follow up on action items, and ensure the executive is well-informed of upcoming responsibilities and priorities. Act as a key contact and intermediary for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Manage email correspondence, phone messages, and office mail; draft, edit, and distribute communications, memos, and reports. Organize and maintain office documents, files, and supply inventory; order office supplies and schedule maintenance of office equipment. Support daily administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting expense reports, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new hires and maintaining contact lists. Plan and coordinate company meetings, events. Assist with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Procore, SharePoint) and format information for internal and external communication. Lead or assist in the organization of project documents, research new deals and suppliers. Support preparation of executive presentations and regularly scheduled reports. Be available outside regular business hours for urgent needs related to scheduling or travel. Occasionally perform errands such as collecting deliveries. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Experience planning events or coordinating projects. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel to various job sites and traverse locations to obtain necessary data. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED

Required Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience supporting C-Level executives is a plus.
