Sales Representative

As part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for driving new business and maximizing revenue through strategic lead generation, CRM management, and personalized sales strategies. Primary Responsibilities include the following: Own the full sales cycle for tournaments across a portfolio of Arcis Golf properties Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to grow qualified leads and close high-value bookings Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools and pipeline management best practices Conduct regular outbound sales activities, including cold calls, local outreach, networking, and trade show attendance Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship-driven prospecting with corporations, associations, and social organizations Lead in-person tours for qualified prospects, customizing the experience to match their event goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event handoff and execution, from sales through execution Negotiate event contracts, confirming all requirements and expectations in writing Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 13 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally in hospitality, event management, or the golf industry Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management to track activity, forecast revenue, and prioritize opportunities Excellent communication skills
