Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters . The primary responsibilities of the
Tier 1 Help Desk Technician
involve providing first line support to users throughout the company. This
full-time, on-site
employment opportunity at our

Responsibilities: As a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:
Provide first-line support for users requiring assistance with I.T. issues. Support and maintain user accounts including creation, deletion, and rights management through Active Directory. Perform password resets. Manage android phones utilizing MS Intune/Endpoint. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Requirements: As a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician, we require you to have the following:
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. Knowledge of Windows 10, 11. Knowledge of Microsoft O365. Knowledge of user management within Exchange 365. Knowledge of android cell phone MDM with MS Intune/Endpoint. Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
