HRIS Analyst
We're seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst/Administrator dedicated to optimizing and managing our UKG platform. This person will drive the creation of workflows and reports, maintain data integrity, train and support staff, and serve as a reliable backup for various HR operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain UKG workflows and automations. Develop, customize, and schedule UKG reports and dashboards. Configure new processes and manage data structures within UKG (e.g., security access, data views). Conduct data audits and ensure system cleanliness and accuracy. Train staff on workflows, system features, and best practices. Act as primary contact for UKG enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting. Support integrations with other HR-related systems (e.g., benefits platforms, leave of absence tracking, EHR, and limited coordination with payroll systems as needed). Act as backup for day-to-day HR tasks (e.g., benefits data maintenance, recruitment processes, performance review tracking, and leave management). Schedule:
Monday - Friday Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (flexible) Requirements: 3 years of HRIS experienceideally with UKG Pro, Workforce Dimensions, or similar preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred. Strong background in workflow development, report writing, and data management. Proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and UKG reporting tools (BI, Control Center). Excellent communication and training skills.
