What You Will Do: Accountable for the complete life cycle of large to medium programs. Responsible for the P&L management of the programs Responsible for managing intercompany and customer program interface, lead the regular program reporting and reviews. Responsible for program execution throughout development and production. Lead a dynamic team of experts across various functions, ensuring tasks are defined, resources allocated, and project specifications met. You'll collaborate with a broad range of professionals to innovate and enhance product offerings, shaping the future of our industry. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve your strategic goals. Spearheading large to medium programs with autonomy, you'll take charge from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met with precision. You'll contribute to the strategic vision and positioning of our product suite, shaping its trajectory in the market. By analyzing data rigorously, you'll monitor programs to maintain adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and technical standards. Ensure seamless workflow, you'll manage Problem Reports and Engineering Change Notices, negotiate with internal and external customer, ensuring swift resolution. Travel up to 10% both domestic and international. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience Have experience managing large development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams. Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar integrated project scheduling software) and experience in MS Excel. Qualifications We Prefer: Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry. Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager. Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.
