Program Manager
Based in Everett, WA, this Program Manager role puts you at the helm of the entire product and service lifecyclefrom concept and order capture through design, production, delivery, and long-term strategic planning. As the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT), you'll lead cross-functional efforts to ensure contract execution, cost control, schedule adherence, and top-tier performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you'll represent the company with confidence and clarity. With full P&L responsibility for programs within the aircraft monument value stream, you are truly the CEO of your programs. This role may offer relocation support. What You Will Do: Responsible for program execution, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility. Reviews and updates milestones, program plans, schedules and budgets for programs to ensure that the organization's objectives are met. Identifies risks and opportunities, develops risk and opportunities, develops mitigations and recommendations to achieve customer satisfaction, cost and performance goals. Participates in and leads the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization's interests. Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business. Prepares and presents program strategy, progress, and results.
