Shift Detail: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Title: Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Mystic, Connecticut
Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adults (18+)
Schedule: Full-time weekdays only; flexible scheduling options available
Call Schedule: No call required
Support & Development:
Strong administrative and clinical support for advanced practice providers
Access to a robust electronic health record system to streamline care
Emphasis on continuous development and leadership training through a dedicated education and innovation center
Mentorship and structured orientation programs for newly hired or transitioning providers
Scope of Practice:
Working under established guidelines and in collaboration with supervising physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will:
Perform routine physical exams
Develop comprehensive medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for treatment
Coordinate further evaluation or referrals as needed
Provide treatment within scope and refer cases outside of scope appropriately
Qualifications:
Licensure: Eligible for or holding an active, unrestricted Connecticut medical license
Education/Training: Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) or Physician Assistant
