Since this position involves direct interaction with customers—including minors—and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the company’s operations and the safety of everyone involved.

Essential Duties Include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs.
- Build and maintain strong trust relationships with customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Aim to meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
- Keep organized work order files and maintain accurate product formulas.
- Assist in stocking shelves and creating attractive displays.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning of store equipment.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries and unloading trucks.
- Maintain in-stock and visually appealing conditions in assigned areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish, is an advantage.
