The role involves leading the development, scoping, and strategic storytelling of a high volume of advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities for large accounts across all verticals – consumer packaged goods (CPG), Government, and Pharmaceuticals. The candidate must think creatively and communicate strategic ideas effectively, with strong business acumen to interface with WebMD executives and build successful relationships with partners across functions. Responsibilities:
Serve as the marketing lead, responsible for packaging, pricing, and positioning integrated digital solutions to large consumer advertisers Partner closely with Sales to understand client needs and create innovative, effective solutions Create the overall narrative for solution presentations in response to RFPs Act as liaison across teams to ensure effective configuration and delivery of solutions, including client services, product marketing, editorial, and business insights Use real-time audience insights to refine targeting and marketing recommendations Analyze marketing dashboards to optimize audience quality delivery Represent WebMD when interacting with clients Lead various team and cross-functional initiatives Identify organizational and process inefficiencies and provide solutions Requirements:
5-8+ years of experience in marketing or sales for digital advertising, publishing, or media agency Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising preferred, or equivalent experience Working knowledge of digital agencies required Familiarity with highly matrixed departments Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AI) Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders Creative marketing skills Problem-solving ability regarding client expectations Excellent communication skills Consulting and influencing skills Strong listening skills and ability to translate concepts into deliverables Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Preferred:
Knowledge of CPG, Point of Care, and Pharmaceutical industries Compensation range:
$95,000 - $118,000 per year Bonus eligible: Discretionary company bonus based on business results.
