Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Manager, you will mentor service and contract technicians, supporting their growth while ensuring the functionality of our advanced packaging and distribution systems. Imagine solving complex automation puzzles, collaborating on solution designs, and motivating your team towards excellence. Job Highlights: Become a safety champion by promoting stringent safety processes. Ensure the seamless operation of conveyor systems throughout the facility. Analyze and lead maintenance procedures while ensuring regular audits. Grasp the intricacies of relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components. Manage and track maintenance through detailed work orders. Cultivate harmonious working relationships across all departments. Create impactful training plans for technician skill enhancement. Strategize emergency repair work plans, ensuring uptime for vital equipment. Maintain the physical ability to tackle shifts that require light to moderate lifting and standing. Qualifications That Impress: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar fields is beneficial. Experience in maintenance and repairs of MHE or automated systems is valued. Knowledgeable in understanding blueprints and schematics. Skilled in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Adept with CMMS for efficient maintenance management. Keen to facilitate and enhance workplace safety standards. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency. Flexible with working schedules that span weekends and holidays.
