Job Description
Furniture design, planning and installation. Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to achieve objectives. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project progression. Foster strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and team members to promote collaboration. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Experience in furniture design and construction linked to millwork and steel A background in managing construction projects within the commercial office industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges. What's on Offer
