About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Investor Engagement to lead efforts in strengthening relationships with the investor community. This key role involves managing the quarterly earnings process, collaborating closely with FP&A on financial outlooks, and acting as the primary liaison for investors. The ideal candidate will have a solid history of building trust with institutional investors and possess a comprehensive knowledge of financial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
The responsibilities include maintaining proactive communication with leading shareholders, crafting impactful investor materials, and conducting rigorous financial and market analyses to support our growth trajectory and competitive strategy. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or equity investing, especially in high-growth technology SaaS settings. A Bachelor’s degree is essential, with an MBA or CFA preferred.
The role calls for exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the capability to link technology advancements with the financial framework. The ideal candidate will excel in steering special projects and analytical initiatives, while also supporting executive and board-level strategic discussions with insightful, data-driven perspectives.
