We're hiring a

Floating Member Service Representative I

to provide dependable, friendly support primarily at our

Downtown and Mountain View branches in Shelton, WA , with occasional coverage at our

Union and Steamboat locations

(we reimburse mileage for shifts at branches outside of Shelton). In this dynamic role, you'll build strong relationships with both members and teammates while ensuring smooth, consistent service wherever you're scheduled.

This isn't your typical front-line position. As a Floating MSR, you'll rotate between branches, offering support where it's needed most. Key Responsibilities

Greet members and create a welcoming environment

Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and more

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all account activity

Assist members with questions, research, and account changes

Offer appropriate products and services based on member needs

Support teammates and adapt to different workflows depending on the branch location

Preferred Qualifications

Prior cash-handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred

Strong verbal communication and listening skills

High school diploma or GED

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs

Bilingual in English and Spanish (a big plus!)

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-person position that primarily rotates between our Downtown and Mountain View branches in Shelton, WA, with occasional support needed at our Union and Steamboat locations. Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential for success in this role.
