Remote Customer Service Coordinator - Apache Air & Heat

As a remote HVAC
customer service coordinator , you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll serve customers directly, schedule service appointments, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience to our customers. We are seeking a proactive, organized individual who can prioritize tasks and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Summary:
As a
Remote Customer Service Coordinator , you'll be the first line of communication with our customers-scheduling service calls, updating work orders, and supporting technicians with accurate, timely information. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around ServiceTitan and understands the pace and flow of a busy HVAC service office. If you're friendly, organized, and experienced in the home services industry, we'd love to meet you!
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Required Qualifications:
2-3+ years of hands-on experience with
ServiceTitan
(required)
Background in HVAC, home services, or field service operations strongly
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience training or supporting others in ServiceTitan usage is a plus
Comfort with remote tools and platforms
