Fun-loving Short Hills Family seeking a long-term Nanny/Family Assistant to join their team for years to come. Care is needed Monday-Friday for G5 and G7 from ~7:45/8AM-6:30PM beginning
ASAP. Responsibilities: -All daily care tasks related to G5 & G7 -Homework assistance -Transportation from school/activities - Children’s laundry & linens -Children’s meal preparation -Light tidying/organization -Grocery shopping & errands as needed - Keeping kids engaged via activities, crafts, games, etc. Schedule: Monday-Friday ~7:45/8AM-6:30PM -School drop-off 8:45; pick-up 3:15 (activities vary after school) -Camp 8:20AM-5PM -Candidate is welcome to take midday hours to themselves for errands and personal matters as the family empathizes with the longevity of the day -Additional night hours may be available when parents have events or work dinners (nanny is offered these hours first, but they do have a secondary babysitter they can utilize) Family/Household Notes: -Family vehicle is available for use while on duty -G7 has food allergies and is on a food plan to introduce foods each day, family makes all meals at home for ingredient purposes and have specific snack options to bring out Ideal Candidate: - Compassionate, positive, caring, fun, engaging, education-focused, detail-oriented, -Promotes an active and heathy lifestyle -Looking to grow with the family for years to come (5-10 ideally) Compensation: - Hourly rate commensurate with experience - Industry standard benefits (Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays off) Requirements: - 3+ years of childcare/household experience - Eligible to work in the US - Reliable transportation - Clean driving record and criminal background - Fluent English - CPR/First Aid Certified -Non-smoker
