Responsibilities: • Assist the product development team with streamlining of new product features • Traveling to merchants for the training staff • On-site audits to gauge product performance • Debugging for various new product features • Supporting colleagues from Wednesday through Sunday from 10am-6pm PST Qualifications: Required: • Enthusiastic about traveling and experience our technology in merchants with differing footprints, both domestic and potential international travel • Works collaboratively with others, but thrives in self sufficiency and taking ownership of key functionalities of a product • Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress • 2+ years of experience or strong interest in the space Company: DoorDash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local and national businesses.
