Our client is seeking a strategic and driven Head of Operations & Growth to lead internal teams with precision, compassion, and a strong growth mindset. You'll be the glue that connects people, processes, and performance—ensuring every team member is supported, every initiative moves forward, and every detail shines. Responsibilities People Operations & HR Conduct monthly 1:1 check-ins to align goals and provide support Increase check-in cadence for project-critical team members Establish clear performance expectations via role scorecards, OKRs & KPIs Maintain positive office culture; address performance, attendance, and communication concerns Lead hiring, onboarding, and 90-day success planning for new employees Ensure HR compliance and manage training documentation in partnership with managers Office & Team Coordination Oversee daily operations including team standups, all-hands, and training Create and evolve SOPs to drive efficiency and clarity Act as the go-to internal contact, resolving issues with professionalism and speed Growth-Focused Project Leadership Lead internal project pipeline; prioritize tasks and track timelines Provide weekly project updates, removing roadblocks when needed Manage Asana/ClickUp/Monday to keep projects aligned Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing, inventory, website, and consignment rules Insights & Strategy Build dashboards to monitor key business metrics Facilitate ongoing growth reviews, define experiments, analyze outcomes, and pivot strategies What Success Looks Like Monthly check-ins complete across teams with improved alignment Projects delivered on time with measurable business impact Accurate inventory systems resulting in faster turnover and fewer stockouts Effective meeting cadence and SOP adoption reducing internal friction Requirements; You thrive in structured chaos and love creating clarity Experience with project management in retail Experience with Excel and dashboard building Proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally inclined to lead Passionate about helping teams grow while meeting goals and timelines An intuitive communicator with a knack for removing friction Submit resumes to ilana@analyticrecruiting.com
