Clerk/Assistant to Manager Location: Landis, NC Position Type: Full-time We are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Clerk/Assistant to Manager to support our leadership team and streamline administrative operations. This full-time role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven staffing environment. We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and professional, with strong communication skills and discretion. You’ll provide direct support to management and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate recruiting processes, maintain meeting schedules, and manage team calendars. Prepare and maintain accurate meeting notes, records, and internal documentation. Assist in managing legal, contract, and client/vendor documents and files. Support compliance processes and assist with document retention and audits. Assist in agenda preparation and meeting setup for internal leadership meetings. Maintain executive calendars and schedule meetings, travel, and events as needed. Serve as the point of contact for interdepartmental communication and coordination. Track tasks and projects to support operational efficiency and management priorities. Provide front-line administrative support including invoice coding, requisition creation, and vendor follow-up. Help coordinate logistics for events, trainings, and company functions. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business training preferred. Previous experience in office administration or executive assistance strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Typical office environment with moderate physical demands (occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs). Full-time schedule with occasional flexibility needed for meetings or events. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
