Adecco is searching for a temporary bilingual onsite supervisor to support 3rd Shift at our client in Stratham, NH.

Hours - Monday through Friday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Pay $26-27/hour depending on experience

Assist with creating, implementing, and executing robust recruitment plans to meet the client's hiring needs. Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's footprint in the market. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco's recruitment tools and processes. Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building. Daily/Weekly management of established productivity and KPI metrics with a continued focus on improving business operations efficiencies while maintaining a healthy cost to serve. Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grassroots recruiting plans. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events. Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal. Identifies, evaluates and recommends innovative solutions to address client needs and issues. Interacting with the client, advising of market conditions, providing thought leadership, etc. Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all client, candidate, and temporary employee interactions via the front office system and filing system. Operate in a client-facing role as needed. Responsible for creating a positive candidate journey and excellent customer service measured by the NPS and Peakon scores. Responsible for ensuring your recruiting team is achieving KPI targets. Facilitate regular communication with the vertical teams regarding open opportunities, client fulfillment requests/priorities, attrition trends, and other pertinent metrics. Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors and identifies staffing trends. Provide support to the lead delivery recruiter by assisting with onboarding and mentoring new delivery recruiters. Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices. Manage Adecco website and all digital tools to monitor the selection process, creating processes based on target categories, searching for candidates, and registering the status of candidates. Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure access to local talent. Grassroots efforts as required to supplement Central Delivery. On-boards new customers, including terms and conditions, risk and credit assessment, pay and bill rate negotiation and calculation, temp to perm conversion schedule, and direct hire fees. Participates in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders and allocation of recruiting resources. Partner with Central Delivery teams to build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Associate Care

Develop associate engagement programs (with the assistance of management and/or client) to bolster the Adecco/associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention. Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary. Complete associate check-ins/reviews based on key Moments of Truth. Foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback and develop and execute action plans, as needed, to address opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients. Responsible for retention of associates and clients along with the manager. Provide coaching and counseling around job performance to associates as necessary. Field and address standard client requests. Takes decisive and persistent action on addressing associate and client complaints and grievances; uses independent discretion to assess the proper course of action. Identify a training plan (up-skill and re-skill) for associates to improve their employability with Adecco clients. Associate Care & Engagement/NPS. Counsels Associates on how to develop and grow professionally. Provides feedback and support to help candidates overcome barriers. Act as an advisor to recruiters responding to associate inquiries and escalations. Evaluates customer and Associate satisfaction via surveys and interviews. Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service. Provide associates with feedback, coaching, conflict management, and counseling on job performance. Coaches Associates on the enhancement of skills for career development and leverages internal training and development tools. Coach Associates to meet their professional goals, retain and re-employ Associates at the end of assignment. Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met. Champion the team's vision by upholding the required standards of behavior and attitude - Associate- and client-facing. Coaches candidates for success in client interviews. Develops long-term relationships with Associates while on assignment, striving for redeployment. Ensures positive onboarding and orientation experience for all associates. Provides Associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities. Job Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of equivalent work experience required. Must have a proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills. Process- and KPI- oriented. Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software are required. Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks. Results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude. Hours - Monday through Friday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Pay Details:

$26.00 to $27.00 per hour
