Data Entry Clerk - Insurance - Enrollment Support
Summary:
LHH recruitment solutions is seeking a Data Entry Clerk - Enrollment Support responsible for the accurate and timely entry of participant enrollment data into our client's proprietary system. This role supports union health fund operations during open enrollment periods and requires a strong background in insurance-related data entry. The position is non-customer-facing but includes participant outreach for missing documentation. It is ideal for candidates with prior experience in insurance enrollment support and a high level of attention to detail.
Compensation: $19.18 per hour

Las Vegas, NV 89118 Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (100% on-site) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Enter participant enrollment data from scanned images into the in-house system with speed and precision.
Verify and update participant details including addresses, Social Security numbers, and other personal information.
Ensure all data entries are completed within 48 hours of receipt to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Contact participants via phone and email to obtain missing documents or clarify discrepancies; follow up through multiple channels as needed.
Handle paperwork related to returned mail and document processing.
Report directly to the on-site supervisor and collaborate with other support staff.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance protocols, including vaccination requirements for Las Vegas-based roles.
Qualifications: Required:
Proven experience in data entry with demonstrated speed and accuracy in insurance industry enrollments or provider office operations.
Familiarity with office clerical tasks and computer navigation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for participant outreach via phone and email.
Experience supporting union health fund operations.
Customer service experience (non-call center, non-heavy in-person).
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing procedures.
