Fast-growing fintech AI startup is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO and team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, engineering-focused team of 23 people (growing to 40 by EOY) that recently raised its Series A. In this role, you’ll manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize communications, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel, and maintain customer relationships. You’ll also oversee day-to-day office operations by managing vendors, planning team events/offsites, and ensuring a functional workspace as the team doubles in size. Someone who is extremely detail-oriented, diligent with a sense of urgency, and highly organized with a service-first mindset. This is a hybrid role, 3-4 days based in Jackson Square, with flexibility needed to go in additional days when needed. 120-130K + benefits and daily lunch provided.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics. Draft and manage communications with both internal teams and external partners. Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making. Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee general office management, including supplies, vendors, and workspace organization. Plan and coordinate team events, lunches, and other office gatherings. Help maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment, especially during periods of team growth. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role within a fast-paced startup. Calm, professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively across teams and seniority levels. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive, service-focused mindset. Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and other scheduling software. *Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
