Office Administrator
Manpower is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator with strong QuickBooks experience to support our daily operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Hours: 30-40/week Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Assist with payroll processing and employee records Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Support HR and management with onboarding and documentation Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage correspondence Order office supplies and coordinate vendor services Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Qualifications: Proven experience with QuickBooks (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
