WHO WE ARE:
STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities: •Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-level program management activities. •Manage, maintain, and perform quality data input into the U.S. Navy's Risk Management Information - Streamlined Incident Reporting (RMI-SIR) system. •Lead efforts in downloading, reviewing, and analyzing incident-related data from various Navy and DoD sources. •Evaluate data sources to determine appropriateness and relevance for RMI-SIR upload. •Oversee uploading of validated data into RMI-SIR and verify successful transmission and system integrity. •Monitor data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support safety trend identification and program reporting. •Collaborate with the Force Safety Office to analyze incident trends and support the development of proactive mishap prevention strategies. •Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports summarizing data metrics, trends, and insights for leadership review. •Identify and resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness. •Ensure compliance with applicable Navy safety policies, data security protocols, and administrative procedures.
Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Safety Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably within a military or government environment. •Strong working knowledge of U.S. Navy mishap reporting systems, with preference given to experience with RMI-SIR. •Proven experience managing data-centric projects involving multiple stakeholders and systems. •Demonstrated ability to collect, evaluate, and synthesize data for decision-making and trend analysis. •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear reports and briefings. •Familiarity with Navy safety programs, mishap classification, and preventive strategy development is highly desired. •PMP certification or equivalent program management credential is preferred.
