Job Description We are seeking an executive assistant to support four partners. The role is proactive, requiring the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations within a dynamic environment with shifting schedules and priorities. The assistant will act as a key communicator, keeping stakeholders informed and managing priorities across departments. While scheduling is important, the focus is on addressing emerging needs and supporting overall workflow. The position is in-office only. Successful candidates will have: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or related role Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, with discretion Excellent customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Effective time management and deadline adherence Alignment with Unbridled’s values: character, change, credibility, community Self-motivation and minimal need for supervision Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments Responsibilities include: Managing executive calendars and preparing agendas Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing materials and notes Preparing and reconciling expense reports Coordinating travel arrangements for partners Facilitating projects across teams as a project manager Assisting with planning off-sites and events Handling office management tasks, such as ordering supplies Creating presentations and proposals Managing contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships Tracking commissions and supporting sales team activities Supporting communication workflows and contract creation for CaptureCo Benefits include: Salary: $58,000 - $63,000 Health, Dental, Vision Insurance FSA & HSA options Disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Employee loan and PTO exchange programs Paid time off, holidays, community service leave Wellness programs, social events, recognition programs Our community We value diversity and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.
