Position Overview
Binswanger Enterprises is seeking a National Accounts Account Manager to join our dynamic team and serve as the primary point of contact for our national clients. This role will be part of our National Accounts Department, ensuring that large-scale, multi-location customers receive timely, consistent, and high-quality service across all markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience. This position requires a balance of relationship management, operational coordination, and service-focused sales.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between national clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery Manage and monitor service requests, work orders, and project timelines to completion Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives Collaborate with field teams, branch locations, and vendors to ensure consistency across markets Provide accurate and timely quotes, status updates, and reporting to customers Identify service trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for improvement or growth Work with billing and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution Support the sales team with account retention and expansion opportunities Qualifications
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales (experience with national/multi-site accounts is a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and CRM tools Ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal teams Knowledge of the construction or glass industry preferred but not required Binswanger Glass offers clients glass and glazier solutions that will help restore, transform and increase the beauty of their home or commercial property.
