Position Summary:
The Social Services Network Manager - Alternative Sites is a key member of the district-level multidisciplinary team responsible for implementing sustainable tiered supports to address student emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs particularly in alternative education and specialized sites. The Social Services Network Manager is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of tiered supports, crisis response, and collaborative practices within a designated network of schools. The Social Services Network Manager plays a critical role in supporting school teams during behavioral or mental health crises by collaborating directly with District mental health supports, providing immediate consultation, support, and follow-up coordination. The position requires the ability to analyze student performance and wellbeing data to ensure equitable access to services that eliminate barriers to learning and improve academic and social outcomes. The manager works very closely with the Instructional Leadership Director for Alternative Schools and collaborates with the Manager of Mental Health Services to ensure the community-based mental health agencies operating in the network are aligned and responsive. They also develop and deliver professional development focused on building school staff capacity in trauma-informed practices, crisis response protocols, and social-emotional wellness.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and Oklahoma licensure as one of the following: • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Experience: • Two (2) years' experience in K-12 settings working with low-income students and communities • Experience in working with Alternative Education sites and contract schools • One (1) year experience managing a small team preferred Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: • Training in crisis intervention (e.g., MANDT, CPI, ASIST, or QPR) preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
