In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring that their experience with our organization is welcoming and professional. As the Front Desk Representative, your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment Benefits
