Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution Provide product and service information to customers when needed Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements Uphold the company's customer service standards at all times Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Familiarity with CRM platforms and support tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Additional Information
