We are seeking a

Client Relationship Representative

to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, resolving inquiries, and building strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and resolving issues in a timely manner Build strong, positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and support project execution Monitor and analyze client activity, identifying opportunities for upselling and improvement Prepare and present client reports, updates, and feedback to the team Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems Support onboarding of new clients and provide regular follow-up Identify and escalate potential concerns to management proactively Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism Additional Information
